Each workspace has its own member list. Users are added by email and assigned a role that determines what they can do inside the workspace.
Adding a member
- Go to Settings → Access → Invitations (
/@name/settings/access/invitations). - Enter the user's email address.
- Select a role: Administrator, Editor, User, or Viewer.
- Send the invitation.
Existing users can accept the invitation from the email notification. If the email does not belong to a Viresso user yet, they receive an invitation to create an account first.
Changing a role
Change a member's role from Settings → Access → Members using the role dropdown next to their name. The affected user and the workspace email receive a notification when the role changes.
Removing a member
Click the context menu next to a member and select Remove. Confirm the action to remove their access.
The removed user loses access to all workspace resources immediately. A notification is sent to the workspace email.
