AI Assistant

On this page

The AI Assistant is a natural language interface available from the Viresso manager. Use the Help action in the sidebar to open it.

The assistant helps you understand Viresso concepts, plan content models, troubleshoot workflows, find matching data in your current workspace, and find the right manual steps in the manager or API. Outside a workspace, it works as documentation help.

The assistant is informational only. It cannot create, update, delete, rename, send, execute, or otherwise perform actions in your workspace.

Capabilities

Answer questions

Ask about Viresso features, content modeling, field types, or API usage. The assistant uses the Viresso documentation to answer accurately.

Find workspace data

Ask for content buckets, content types, entries, files, or invoices by name, reference, status, or visible field values. Search results are read-only and limited to the current workspace and your permissions.

Continue conversations

Conversations belong to your user account, so you can continue an earlier conversation after switching workspaces. When a conversation is used inside a workspace, new questions use that current workspace for context, links, and data search.

Plan content buckets

Ask how content buckets should be named, how they relate to content types, or where to create and edit them in the manager.

Plan content types

Ask for field suggestions, field type explanations, validation guidance, or content type modeling tradeoffs.

Work with entries

Ask how to create, update, publish, localize, or delete entries yourself in the manager or API.

Work with files

Ask how file uploads, metadata, attachment fields, deletion, and API access work.

Action Requests

If you ask the assistant to make a change, it explains how you can do it yourself. It does not ask for confirmation because it does not perform the action.

Permissions

The assistant may explain workflows that are controlled by your workspace role. If a step is not available to your role, use an account with the required permission or ask a workspace administrator.

Limitations

The assistant cannot:

  • Perform actions or change data for you.
  • Search workspace data outside the current workspace or outside your permissions.
  • Perform batch operations on multiple entries or files at once.
  • Manage API keys, webhooks, workspace settings, or user access.
  • Use workspace-only data when you are outside a workspace.

If you ask for something that is not supported, the assistant will explain why and suggest the closest supported workflow.

  • Getting Started — Setting up your first content workflow.
  • Entries — Creating and managing content entries.
  • Content Types — Content modeling with content types and fields.
